One of the issues that the entire team has faced during this fun and diverse start-up is a lack of daily focus. “Doing our best” or “I’m busy with life functions”, amongst other excuses, have been heard every once and a while. As this article from the Behance network points out, set aside one hour per day minimum to ‘keep the projects going’ and likens it to the fear and thrill of downhill skiing. Enjoy!
